Job summary

TE Connectivity is a global technology leader seeking a Quality and Reliability Engineer to analyze product and production systems against requirements, design improvements, and drive reliability programs across materials, processes and equipment. They oversee regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, perform root cause analysis, evaluate customer requirements, and ensure compliance with ISO9001/AS9100 while communicating with customers

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality or Reliability Engineering.
Experience in ISO9001/AS9100 environments is a plus.
Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Provide root cause analysis and corrective actions to customers within target timeframes.
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve product and process issues.
Disposition nonconforming product and review First Article reports.
Interface with customers to communicate updates and requirements.
