Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in engineering/manufacturing.
• 6 years in an inspection role with at least 2 years in a lead position in medical device manufacturing.
• Strong math skills for fractions/decimals in imperial and metric systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform complex inspections of medical devices and components at all stages of production, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
• Mentor and train junior inspectors, providing guidance on best practices and quality control techniques.
• Document inspection results and any defects / non-conformances detected.
• Follow company procedures to perform routine quality checks.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce defects and improve yield.
