Title: Lead Quality Engineer (Remote)

Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Remote

Qualifications:

• 8 to 10 years of experience with hands-on expertise in PL/SQL, Maven, Selenium, Jira, TestNG, Java, Scrum, and Jenkins.
• Strong technical skills in the above technologies.
• Experience in the Payer domain, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead development and execution of test strategies and plans.
• Oversee automated test script design and maintenance using Selenium, TestNG, and Java.
• Provide expertise in PL/SQL for database testing.
• Utilize Maven and Jenkins for automation and CI/CD.
• Manage defect tracking via Jira, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Scrum methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews and improve testing processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Payer domain.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of quality.
• Drive adoption of new testing tools and technologies.
• Analyze test results and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing activities with project timelines.

Nice to have skills:

• JavaScript, Azure, Cucumber, Cyara, JBehave, SQL, Protractor, Cypress, Docker, AWS, Katalon, SauceLabs UAF.
