Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Lead Lab Technician to ensure products meet PCNA specifications. You will operate and adjust blending equipment, review records, test water and syrup quality, and train new associates to maintain top product quality.
Collaboration with QC Supervisor and QC Manager is essential for daily team efficiency and continuous improvement in beverage quality processes.

The primary purpose of this job is to assure that all products produced meet PCNA specifications. The Lead Lab Technician operates, monitors, and makes adjustments on the blending equipment to assure product quality. Reviews daily records for accuracy, trains new associates, and works with the team to ensure only the highest quality products are manufactured. Other responsibilities include testing water quality, syrup quality, sugar testing, finished product testing, and packaging testing as outlined by PCNA quality procedures and methods, as well as other jobs and duties assigned. The Lead Lab Technician works closely with the QC Supervisor and QC Manager on a daily basis creating a productive and efficient team.
