The Lead Lab Technician operates, monitors, and makes adjustments on the blending equipment to assure product quality. Reviews daily records for accuracy, trains new associates, and works with the team to ensure only the highest quality products are manufactured. Other responsibilities include testing water quality, syrup quality, sugar testing, finished product testing, and packaging testing as outlined by PCNA quality procedures and methods, as well as other jobs and duties assigned.
