• Familiarity with calibration and GD&T procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the Quality Control Department.
• Ensure adherence to department, organization, and customer specifications.
• Manage staffing, assign work, and develop department personnel.
• Support training for inspectors and machine operators.
• Maintain calibration system and participate in production meetings.
