Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing facilities maintenance Quality Control under federal government contracts (e.g., BOSS).
• U.S. Citizenship and Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all services listed on the performance requirement summary are performed satisfactorily and inspected.
• Directs frequency of inspections to meet inspection goals and standards.
• Leads QC Inspection Team and assigns tasks to ensure team performance.
• Manages QC/QA for trade preventive maintenance and work orders, directing field inspectors.
• Prepare weekly/monthly inspection reports and maintain FIT automated quality control records.
