Job summary

Amcor LLC in Wytheville, Virginia, seeks a Quality Auditor to assist the Quality Manager and coordinate the quality function across the plant. The role includes training, calibrations, corrective actions, audits, and supporting customers and suppliers.

You will lead the QA team in the manager's absence, help write procedures, and supervise audits, with travel to customer or vendor locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Pass a local quality aptitude test with at least 70%
• Pass a drug screening
• Familiarity with Quality Manual, SOPs and GMP audits
• Experience in quality systems and internal/external audits

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal and external quality audits
• Coordinate quality department activities and supervise auditors during QA Manager absence
• Prepare training outlines and conduct quality-system training
• Maintain calibration program and handle corrective/preventive actions
