Lead Quality Assurance Technician (2nd shift)

This role focuses on maintaining high manufacturing standards, resolving quality concerns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive excellence.

***$1,000 sign on bonus, quarterly performance bonuses, monthly attendance bonus and annual merit increases.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Pay: $25/hour + $1/hour shift differential (hourly rate negotiable for highly experienced candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and quality non-compliance issues.
• Conduct audits to ensure consistent manufacturing and warehousing reliability.
• Perform sensory and visual product evaluations to maintain product integrity.
• Oversee shelf-life extension and aging inventory processes.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and address operational gaps.
• Manage quality documentation, including COA, Retain systems, and SOPs.
• Support quality validation/verification activities for new processes and equipment.
• Analyze operational data and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in food science, aseptic techniques, and lab environments.
• Familiarity with liquid/aerosol food packaging and QMS.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and related technologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
