Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Technician for our Jacksonville facility on the 3rd shift (9:00pm–5:30am). The role focuses on qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished products across the production process.

You will verify syrup, water attributes and ensure packaging quality meets standards. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in production or 2+ years in a lab setting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to read and record data

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of production/manufacturing experience or 2+ years in a lab setting preferred.
  • Ability to read, write and keep records.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Analyze syrup beverage and/or water attributes.
  • Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters and coders for proper operation.
  • Test CO2 and all raw materials prior to production.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination.

Coke Florida is looking for a Lead Quality Assurance Technician based out of our Jacksonville location. We're currently looking for 3rd shift, working 9:00pm-5:30am.
What You Will Do

As a Coke Florida Lead Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods during the entire production process.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Analyze syrup beverage and/or water attributes
  • Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters and coders to ensure proper operations
  • Conduct package quality inspection and quality audits and isolate product that does not meet standards
  • Receive and test CO2 and all raw materials prior to production process
  • Maintain highest possible housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination
For this role, you will need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of prior production/manufacturing experience or 2+ years relevant lab technician experience
  • Ability to read, write and keep records
Additional Qualifications that will make you successful in this role
  • Food/beverage industry experience a plus
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in science related field preferred
  • Good computer skills including literacy with Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materials
