E2 Federal Services, LLC is seeking a senior Quality Assurance/Quality Control engineer to define QA programs, guide project teams, and ensure quality, cost-effective results across complex operations. You will lead field walk-downs of job sites, develop schedules and budgets, coordinate with facilities and subcontractors, and present findings to management.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Q Clearance Required.
• BS degree with 8-10 years QA/QC/Engineering experience in Operations, Maintenance, Construction or Industrial Manufacturing.
• Associate degree with 10-12 years of experience in QA/QC/Engineering in Operations, Maintenance, Construction or Industrial Manufacturing.
• High school diploma with at least 16 years of multi-disciplined QA or engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply QA/engineering experience to resolve complex problems.
• Provide leadership and be recognized as an expert in technical QA.
• Develop QA programs and ensure compliance within assigned facility.
• Prepare plans with schedules, budgets and personnel requirements.
• Communicate objectives and results to customers and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
