Job summary

Premier PV is seeking a Senior Quality Analyst to lead complex quality investigations, support audit readiness, and serve as a subject matter expert for quality standards and inspection methodologies. This role focuses on improving non-conformance handling, inspection processes, and audit readiness within our manufacturing environment.

The position requires strong mentoring skills and extensive ISO 9001 exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality roles within manufacturing or construction.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and exposure to audits.
• Proven mentoring and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into complex non-conformances.
• Validate and refine quality inspection processes.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Train and mentor Quality Analysts and Analyst II staff.
• Partner with supervisors and engineers on corrective actions.
