Job summary

HMH in Houston, TX seeks a Lead Quality Analyst to ensure the effective implementation of QA processes locally and globally. You will align procedures with API Q1 and ISO 9001, drive CAPAs, and manage audits across manufacturing and service operations.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration to improve quality and reliability of products and services. You will deliver training on QMS, support ERP/PLM applications, and ensure timely closure of audit findings at JFK and NAM locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in manufacturing quality.
• Strong knowledge of API Q1 and ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Experience in audits, CAPAs, and nonconformance management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as local ambassador for global quality programs and ensure compliance.
• Drive nonconformance actions and disposition for quality issues.
• Lead quality audits, CAPA implementation, and root cause analysis.
• Support ERP/PLM processes and SAP access control.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and HSSE adherence.
• Coordinate training on QMS procedures and regulatory requirements.
