Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Bothell, WA seeks a QC Microbiology Principal Scientist to lead microbiological method transfers, validations, and verifications, ensuring GMP compliance across products for release and in‑process testing.

You will author and review GMP documents, manage data with LIMS/ELN, and participate in investigations, CAPAs, and cross‑functional reviews while mentoring colleagues and driving quality and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, microbiology preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant cGMP experience in biotech, cell therapy, or equivalent.
• Experience authoring/reviewing GMP docs, protocols, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute method transfers, validations, and verifications.
• Review GMP documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support GMP testing for product release, in-process testing, and stability programs.
• Represent QC in cross-functional teams and regulatory inspections.
