Responsibilities

• Lead and author QC deviations, investigations, CAPAs and change controls.
• Represent department in internal/external inspections and regulatory responses.
• Train and mentor others on deviation, investigation, CAPA and change control processes.
• Communicate findings to management and cross-functional teams.
