Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
5+ years of quality inspection experience in CNC machining or precision manufacturing.
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection reporting systems.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality practices and nonconformance control.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate receiving, in-process, first article, and final inspections.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements.
Maintain inspection reports and traceability documentation.
Identify and contain nonconforming products and support corrective actions.
Apply Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies to reduce defects.
