Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Plan of Correction with Administrator and Dir. of Nursing.
• Ensure compliance with nursing policies and regulations through audits, observations, record reviews, monitoring and staff education.
• Conduct rounds, address concerns, and lead quality assurance efforts.
