Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test automation for web and mobile applications using Playwright (web) and Appium WebdriverIO (mobile & cross-platform).
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable test frameworks, CI/CD-integrated pipelines, and reusable component libraries.
• Collaborate with Dev and Product teams to shift-left QA: define acceptance criteria, automate regression suites, and drive quality ownership.
• Own test strategy for complex user journeys across desktop, iOS, and Android platforms---ensuring pixel-perfect UX and functional integrity.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, enforce best practices, and champion test reliability, flakiness reduction, and execution speed.
• Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, generate actionable reports, and drive defect triage with data-backed insights.
