Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Lead QA Engineer for our Enterprise Platform to guide quality strategy for secure deployments and customer-managed environments. This remote role partners with engineering and product stakeholders to validate release readiness and ensure complex requirements are met across teams.

You will leverage AI tools to improve research, documentation, and product clarity, and you will own the roadmap for deployment environments while driving cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or a related technical role.
• Experience with complex software products across multiple teams.
• Direct experience with customer-operated environments, including self-hosted and on-premises deployments.
• Strong knowledge of software lifecycle management, including installation, upgrades, and support.
• Technical fluency in containers and deployment technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Linux systems and enterprise infrastructure concepts.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear product scope.

This role will guide quality strategy for an enterprise platform that supports secure deployment and customer-managed environments. You will partner closely with engineering and product stakeholders to define release readiness, validate lifecycle workflows, and ensure the platform meets complex technical requirements across multiple teams. The position also calls for strong technical fluency and the ability to use AI tools to improve research, documentation, and product clarity.

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
