The Lead QA Engineer will oversee quality assurance processes, including manual and automated testing, to ensure software reliability and performance. The role requires strong expertise in Java, Selenium, and CI/CD, with a willingness to adopt tools like Katalon Studio. The candidate will develop and execute test plans, integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, and continuously improve QA practices. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements and technical specifications.
2. Define and implement test automation strategies and frameworks, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
3. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate programming languages and testing frameworks.
4. Execute automated and manual tests, generate detailed test reports, and identify defects for timely resolution.
5. Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
6. Participate in process improvement initiatives, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance QA practices.

Required Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Java and Selenium, with a willingness to learn Katalon Studio.
2. Experience with manual and automated software testing techniques.
3. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
4. Proficiency in GitHub for version control.
5. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and CircleCI.
