Job summary

Akaasa Technologies is hiring an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design and build a new, scalable automation platform from scratch. You will lead a team to deliver an End-to-End automation engine supporting 13+ modernization teams, using Java and TypeScript for UI and API testing, with GitHub Copilot and Jenkins driving rapid delivery.

Qualifications

5-7 years of QA automation experience.
Strong Java programming knowledge.
Experience with Selenium WebDriver.
Experience with REST and SOAP API testing.
SQL knowledge with DB2.
Understanding of regression testing.
Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

Architect and build a unified UI and API automation platform.
Implement CI/CD patterns in Jenkins and leverage GitHub Copilot.
Automate core order workflows: Create Modify Cancel Execute.
Validate OMS order rules, post-trade processing, settlements, and regulatory reporting.
Enhance test dashboards to track coverage and stability.
