H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an experienced QA automation leader in Kansas City to drive the definition and validation of requirements and lead advanced automation initiatives.
You will architect frameworks using C#, NUnit, Playwright, and Azure-based data handling to support end-to-end testing within CI/CD workflows. The role demands seven years of QA project management across SDLC, strong mentoring skills, and hands-on experience with API testing, SQL validations, and cross-browser mobile
Drive the definition and validation of business and functional requirements to ensure applications meet specifications, advanced organizational quality standards and strategic objectives. Lead complex QA automation initiatives by establishing robust strategies, mentoring team members, and championing best practices for scalable, maintainable frameworks. Architect and maintain advanced automated test frameworks using C# with NUnit, Playwright and custom libraries, integrating Azure-based solutions for secure test data management and seamless end-to-end automation supporting CI/CD workflows. Perform API testing, database validations, and workflow analysis for system reliability and data integrity. Apply automation tools and incorporate AI-driven techniques. Lead functional, integration, regression, and system testing across diverse platforms. Oversee test execution, defect tracking, and progress reporting. Coordinate with offshore teams to lead global QA initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related technology field.
