Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with Big Data, data platforms, and data engineering concepts.
• Proven delivery of data pipelines and architectures.
• Proficient in Python, FAST API, Spark.
• Strong AWS services experience (Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, ECS).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Builds data processing pipelines and deploys applications in production.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews peer code.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation and improve stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture.
• Promotes diversity, inclusion, and team culture.
• Drives adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
• Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to improve automation.
