RSM US LLP seeks a hands-on Python Developer at the Manager level to support technology, AI, and automation initiatives within our Risk Consulting practice. This temporary role focuses on developing Python-based solutions that enhance credit review and other risk workflows.

You will build scalable data processing pipelines, integrate OpenAI APIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, compliant solutions across regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python development experience building apps, scripts, data-processing solutions, or automation workflows.
• Experience processing structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with AI, generative AI, LLMs, or related automation technologies.
• Experience integrating OpenAI APIs or comparable LLM technologies.
• Experience building and deploying scalable AI or automation solutions, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating with technical and business teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop, enhance, and scale Python-based applications, scripts, and automation solutions for credit review and risk workflows.
• Build solutions capable of processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Develop and maintain document ingestion, extraction, and analysis pipelines across PDFs, images, spreadsheets, and other formats.
• Enhance AI and automation solutions and expand their use across lending portfolios and use cases.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) using OpenAI APIs to support workflow automation and data processing.
• Design outputs that are structured, traceable, and auditable for governance and review.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support broader AI, automation, analytics, and process transformation initiatives.
