Job summary

Puppy Sphere LLC is seeking a part-time on-site Event Supervisor in New York City to lead puppy-themed events with a focus on guest experience and animal welfare. You will coordinate the event flow, supervise staff, and partner with management to ensure safety and high-quality experiences.

The role requires delivering strong leadership, coordinating breaks, managing check-in procedures, and maintaining studio readiness across sessions while adhering to local labor laws.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership capability and interest in team development.
• Ability to manage events with puppies and staff.
• Comfortable in fast-growing startup environments.
• Willing to work at least 6 shifts per month including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site and off-site event execution with focus on guest and team experience.
• Supervise floor and support event flow from setup to breakdown.
• Ensure safety, animal welfare, and compliance during events.
• Lead on-site during emergencies and communicate with Operations Manager.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with management for supplies and downtime.
• Attend bi-weekly city supervisor meetings to share insights and improvements.
