The ideal candidate will guide cross-functional teams, define material specifications, and drive continuous improvements in capacitor technology. Qualifications

• 15+ years of deep experience in pulsed-power capacitor design and manufacturing.
• Demonstrated expertise in dielectric physics and high-field effects.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of low-inductance high-reliability pulsed capacitors.
• Define material specifications and testing methods for capacitor systems.
• Provide mentorship to engineers and technicians.
• Conduct failure analysis and root-cause investigations.
