Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with media industry experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with additional years in media is preferred.
• Strong storytelling and journalistic standards for public media.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end video shoots, including location scouting and scheduling.
• Pitch ideas, research topics, and package segments for multiple platforms.
• Direct crews and supervise on-set staff to meet creative goals.
• Manage budgets and draft proposals for funding opportunities.
• Support marketing with promotional materials and station content.
