• 8+ years of public finance experience including tax-exempt bond work.
• Ability to lead bonds transactions from structuring to closing.
• Strong written and oral communication for clients and teams.
• Experience mentoring associates and paralegals.
• Deep knowledge of federal tax requirements for tax-exempt obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead transactions from start to finish with independence.
