Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active Georgia license to practice law.
• Three years of experience in criminal defense.
• Ability to conduct case research and prepare for hearings.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates daily work activities of assigned co-workers.
• Represents clients in court at various stages and negotiates with prosecutors.
• Reviews discovery and prepares case materials, records, and notes.
• Develops defense theory and case strategies; prepares briefs and motions.
• Attends court appearances and maintains case records.
