Job summary

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering; PTFE/coating or web-handling experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience with PTFE/coating or web handling is a strong plus.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate coating department activities.
• Define and maintain optimal process parameters for consistency.
• Develop new coating processes for products and substrates.
• Establish process control plans and capability studies.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and increase yield.
• Mentor coating operators and develop technical capability.
