Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, seeks a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for full-time work in a SNF/long-term care setting. Compensation is $38.00–$42.00 per hour with full benefits and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Must be a licensed PTA to apply. The role includes leadership responsibilities and potential for advancement within a supportive, mentorship-driven culture.

Formación

• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
• Act as a leader/mentor in your specific discipline.
• Assume job responsibilities of the rehab supervisor in his/her absence.

Educación
