Job summary

Link Rehab and Wellness is seeking a passionate Lead PTA to manage clinical operations at their assisted living facility in Spring Lake, NJ. This role involves supervising therapy staff, developing patient caseloads, and ensuring the highest standards of care and ethics are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, possess a valid state license, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Full-time offers a flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Valid professional state license and registration.
• In-depth knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment, and treatment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop caseload for all disciplines (OT/PT/ST).
• Support therapy staff through scheduling and coverage.
• Create relationships with center management.
• Ensure integrity and ethics are upheld by therapy team.
• Complete evaluations and documentation in a timely manner.
• Administer treatments based on physician's direction.
