Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved physical therapy or occupational therapy program.
• Fully licensed to practice physical or occupational therapy in the state of Nebraska and/or Iowa.
• Current BLS within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise quality patient care following established guidelines.
• Mentor and supervise therapy staff; oversee care plans and clinical development.
• Monitor staff performance with data collection and coaching to drive improvements.
• Develop protocols, return-to-sport testing, and technology integration for best practices.
• Coordinate department orientation and education programs with leadership.
