Job summary

PhysioWorks in Kent, WA, seeks a Lead Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The role supports orthopedics, work rehabilitation, and occupational medicine, with a flexible schedule and options for full-time or part-time employment. The clinic operates 7am–7pm, offering 4x10s or 4x8s schedules, with a caseload focusing on general orthopedics and work rehab. Washington licensure is required, and new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Washington state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Full-time and part-time candidates are welcome.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.
• Must be legally able to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Caseload of 10-12 patients daily, with each session lasting about one hour.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, OTs, and COTAs.
• Conduct functional capacity evaluations and ergonomic assessments as needed.
• Participate in outpatient clinic activities in Kent, WA.
