Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with lead data analysis experience.
• Experience in statistical analysis, programming, and large-scale data processing.
• Experience with large datasets and analytical code.
• Experience in project coordination, budgeting, and mentoring.
• Experience in educational assessment or testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain psychometric programs and processes.
• Develop and monitor quality control for data.
• Work with databases and large datasets containing one million records.
• Coordinate data analysis and transfers across projects.
• Lead or support data analysis for standard-setting and meetings.
• Train and mentor colleagues on programming and QA.
• Communicate technical results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support project planning and resource coordination.
• Travel of approximately 5–10%.
