Job summary

Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services is seeking a Lead Psychologist for Glendale Adult Outpatient. The role combines comprehensive psychological assessments with direct therapy and consultation, in a hybrid schedule (2 days on-site, 3 days remote) with option for a 9/80 flex schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be a CA licensed psychologist.
• 2+ years post licensure preferred.
• Experience in psychological assessment, including test selection, administration, interpretation and report writing.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for adults with mental illness.
• Provide direct therapy, crisis intervention, intake assessments, and therapy sessions.
• Supervise psychology interns, practicum students, and potential staff on testing and therapy.
• Offer professional consultation to multidisciplinary staff on complex cases.
• Maintain clear written assessment reports with concrete, pragmatic recommendations.
