Job summary

Tower Health is seeking a Psychiatrist to assume overall clinical responsibility for monitoring patient treatment and staff delivery of psychiatric services. The role includes psychiatric and medical assessment, supervision, education, and training, under the Chair of Psychiatry.

The position involves managing outpatient psychiatric care, on-call coverage, and adherence to evidence-based practices. Pennsylvania licensure and BE/BC in Psychiatry are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in psychiatry.
• Licensed or eligible to practice medicine in Pennsylvania.
• BE/BC in Psychiatry.
• Completed all required competencies and trainings for the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of outpatient psychiatric care.
• Cover emergent needs and on-call duties as required.
• Provide clinical supervision, education, and training.
• Adhere to evidence-based practices and review protocols as directed by the Chair.
