Job summary

Clinica Family Health and Wellness seeks a Psychiatric Services Supervisor (MD or DO) to lead and manage clinical and administrative functions for designated medical staff. You will serve as the central communication hub and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care.

Reporting to the EVP of Psychiatry and Psychiatric Operations, you will oversee scheduling, clinical oversight, and collaborative initiatives, while maintaining HIPAA standards and fostering workforce development.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree with board certification or eligibility in psychiatry.
• ACGME-accredited residency training.
• DEA license and active clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily psychiatric operations and staff.
• Mentor medical staff and oversee clinical documentation.
• Develop schedules, manage caseloads, and ensure timely care.
• Implement quality improvement and HIPAA-compliant practices.
• Collaborate with case management and leadership on policy.
• Provide crisis support and clinical training to partners.
• Recruit, train, and retain a diverse, skilled team.
• Ensure staff readiness, performance feedback, and supervision.
