Qualifications

• Active certification status required prior to appointment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, supervise, and evaluate the work of assigned staff.
• Oversee staff in the Mental Health service line and provide psychiatric nursing care in accordance with Title 22 regulations.
• Prepare staff for accreditations, audits, and site visits.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and promote continuity of quality patient care.
