Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP with valid license.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Psychiatric NP with leadership/supervisory experience.
• Experience in nursing homes preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge in mental health assessments and medications.
• Ability to lead by example and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, with attention to detail.
• Ability and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
• Provide clinical oversight through case reviews and mentorship.
• Perform limited direct psychiatric assessments and treatment planning.
