Qualifications

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in mental health or related field.
• Licensed professional licensure at start in LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LCP/LSATP.
• Five years of experience in psychiatric/mental health, with three post-licensure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical leader providing supervision/mentoring for licensure.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic services and interventions to support patient goals.
• Provide autonomous care, referrals, and ongoing professional development.
• Conduct bio/psycho/social assessments to identify patient and family goals.
• Lead department huddles and system-wide initiatives as needed.
