Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corporation is seeking a Provisioner to oversee provisioning and logistics data for the FBM Launcher System on a Florida site. You will coordinate with program management, planning, engineering, and operations to ensure data accuracy and alignment with program requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or advanced degrees with fewer years, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to obtain a US Government Secret clearance. Travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of professional work experience, or 3+ years with a Master’s, or 1 year with a PhD.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to develop tracking mechanisms (dashboards/spreadsheets/tools) to monitor progress, action items, and deliverables.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provisioning and logistics data for the FBM Launcher System.
• Act as liaison between program management, planning, engineering, and line management to ensure data accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Track and report status; support schedule and budget execution; prepare status reports.
• Identify issues/risks with recommended corrective actions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring progress and enabling problem-solving with internal stakeholders and customers.
