Pan American Properties, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for Evergreen Gardens Apartments in El Cajon, CA. This full-time role oversees day-to-day operations of a 68-unit community, supervises on-site staff, and partners with maintenance to deliver an exceptional living experience.

Starting pay is $28.00–$30.00 per hour, Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. We value leadership, resident relations, budgeting, and strong communication as keys to success and long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of apartment property management experience
• Strong customer-service focus and leadership abilities
• Proven ability to supervise staff and coordinate maintenance
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing regulations
• Experience with budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 68-unit apartment community
• Supervise on-site Maintenance Technician and Porter/Groundskeeper
• Manage leasing, resident relations, and occupancy strategy
• Administer budgets, reports, and expense management
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal of the property
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor relations
