The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in low income housing accounting and government compliance and will manage financial statements, budgets, and ensure project adherence to regulations. This role requires a BA in Accounting or Finance, with a preference for CPA or higher education. Experience with relevant ERP systems is crucial.

Competenze

• BA degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience in low income housing.
• Knowledge of grants budgeting and compliance is essential.
