The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction management, preferably in aviation projects exceeding 50 million. Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams and supervising subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while managing deadlines and budgets. This role requires travel and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial construction management.
• Experience with projects of 50+ million, ideally design-build.
• Ability to lift objects at least 60lbs.
