Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant / Project Manager to drive the delivery of strategic data and AI-powered solutions for a leading financial services client. This role combines consulting, business analysis, product strategy, and project leadership, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive sponsors.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in consulting, project management, business analysis, or related roles.
Experience within Wealth Management, Insurance, or Financial Services is preferred.
Ability to translate complex business workflows into scalable analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery: Manage end-to-end execution, coordinating client executives/sponsors with the offshore Tiger Analytics delivery team.
Discovery & Workshop Facilitation: Lead 2-week workshops to map journeys, wireframe personas, and extract playbooks.
Business Analysis & AI Strategy: Assess viability of Agentic AI vs rules-based engines.
Technical Liaison: Align Databricks Lakehouse architecture, Unity Catalog, data pipelines, and React/FastAPI app build.
Governance & Stakeholder Management: Ensure milestones, data models, and architecture meet business objectives.
