Qualifications

• Five years of water/wastewater integration project experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office and Sage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage system integration projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, procurement, and service.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Provide regular status reports to clients and senior management.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team.
