Job summary
Adapture Renewables is seeking a Project Manager for their Construction team in Oakland, California. You will lead utility-scale solar projects from development through to operation, managing internal and external resources, budgets, and project plans.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing solar PV and battery energy storage construction projects, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong leadership capabilities. Benefits include competitive health coverage and a 401(k) matching plan.
Qualifications
- Experience managing utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects from inception to operation.
- Knowledge of civil design requirements for PV project development.
- OSHA 30 certification and other relevant safety certifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to deliver solar and energy storage projects.
- Manage budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with EPC milestones.
- Conduct regular site visits and assess project health.
