Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security Technology and Solutions seeks a Project Manager to lead security integration projects from inception through close. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes with high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with experience in project leadership, PMP preferred, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or 5 years of experience in a security industry related position.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated successful history of Project Management leadership including leading multiple simultaneous projects for a minimum of two years.
• Demonstrated skills in the application of Project Management fundamentals, methodologies, and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment
• Strong organization skills, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to interact with all levels of management
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations
• Excellent leadership, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment and build relationships
• Proficiency in scheduling tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects using standardized methods.
• Develop planning documents like project plans, SOWs, charters, schedules.
• Create sub-plans such as communications, QA, resource, procurement, deployment plans.
• Manage project scope, issues/risks, changes, reporting, budgeting, and staffing.
• Document and prioritize change requests; re-plan as needed.
• Coordinate allocations and set expectations with resource managers.
• Ensure QA/QC mechanisms are in place.
• Close out projects and hand off to operations.
• Collaborate across groups for project success.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and report key metrics.
• Lead the definition, execution, and delivery of project deliverables.
• Identify improvements to delivery quality and costs; share lessons learned.
• Coach new team members and support other groups as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
