Job summary

Holland Construction Services in Illinois seeks a Project Manager – Public Utilities to lead planning, execution, and delivery of utility infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with the Superintendent to ensure quality, safety, and on-time performance, while mentoring the project team and nurturing client relationships.

The role requires a CM or Civil Eng degree and 5+ years of PM experience with a general contractor, plus OSHA 30 and CPR certification and strong MS Office/MS Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, civil eng, or related field.
• 5+ years of PM experience in a GC or equivalent.
• OSHA 30 certification and CPR.
• Strong MS Office, MS Project, and accounting software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of utility infrastructure projects with the Superintendent.
• Maintain positive relationships with owners, design professionals, subcontractors, and team members.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities and ensure accuracy of estimates and schedules.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance across the project from inception to close-out.
• Prepare budgets, cost-tracking, and progress reports; review and adjust as needed.
